Privacy Policy

Pursuant to the EU Regulation 2016/679 called “European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data” (GDPR) we inform users that personal data entered on the site are processed in the manner and for the purposes described below.

2. Purpose of processing

The personal and master data (first name, last name, Street, email) collected by us are provided by the user when registering on the equilibriomtbschool.it website, when sending a contact request and/or when subscribing to the newsletter service.

 

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data are processed for purposes related or instrumental to the activity of equilibriomtbschool.it, such as storage in its databases or the performance of direct mail marketing activities. In particular:

 

A. Without the express consent of the data subject for:

The request for registration to the website;

The receipt of a message sent via the “Contact” form.

When filling out the form, personal data (first name, last name, street and e-mail) are requested with which the user will subsequently be identified in order to send a response to the 'email indicated.

B. With the express consent of the interested party to subscribe to the newsletter service provided by the Owner.

Personal data are processed in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency. The company ensures that the processing of data carried out with or without the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means, will take place by means of instruments suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data subject, through the use of appropriate procedures that avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, unlawful use and dissemination, in accordance with the limits and conditions placed by the EU Regulation 2016/679.

 

Personal data are subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.

The data is processed by our staff, where engaged in the execution of the mandate given to us.

 

5. Access to data

The individuals who may become aware of your personal data as data processors or persons in charge (according to Article 13 Paragraph 1 of the GDPR) are:

6. Communication of data

The data may be communicated to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities and other third parties to whom the communication is mandatory by law, including the scope of prevention/repression of any illegal activity related to accessing the site and/or sending a request.

 

7. Transfer of data

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located in Italy of the Data Controller.

The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

 

8. Period of data retention

Personal data of users of the site who send a request for information via the contact form, will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the request, for the purposes outlined in point 3.

 

The data collected for the activities of website registration and subscription to the newsletter service, will be entered into the company database and kept for the time of the duration of the service, at the end of which it will be deleted or anonymized within the timeframe established by the law.

If there is a revocation of consent to specific processing by the data subject, the data will be deleted or anonymized within 72 hours of receiving the revocation.

 

Pursuant to Art. 13, paragraph 2, letter (f) of the Regulations, we inform you that all data collected will not, however, be subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling.

 

9. Rights of the data subject

Users can always exercise the rights explicated in Articles 13 (Paragraph 2), 15, 18, 19 and 21 of the GDPR, summarized here in the following points:

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of data concerning him/her, even if not yet communicated, and to have it communicated in an intelligible form;

The data subject has the right to request from the Data Controller access to, supplement, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability;

He/she has the right to file a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, following the procedures and directions published on the official website of the Authority at garanteprivacy.it;

 

The exercise of rights is not subject to any formal constraints and is free of charge.

 

Upon receipt of this informative communication, consent to the processing of personal data referred to in the above points shall be deemed to have been given.
